QPay Merchant is a QR based payment solution for merchants as it offers a hassle free and secure way to receive payments from QPay Wallet and almost all Mongolian banking customers. QPay enabled almost all Mobile Banking Customers make payments just by scanning QR codes at QPay Merchant \ merchant outlets and on bills.

QPay Merchant is a merchant application, Mobile Point of Sales, which enables fast, secure and reliable digital payment services.

• Customer to choose QPay on the enabled QPay Wallet or Smart Banking Application

• Customer to scan the QR code on the app

• Customer to confirm the payment

• Customer and Merchant gets an Instant Payment notification on successful transaction with free of cost.

How to Register as a Merchant on QPay Merchant?

The merchant onboarding process consists of sourcing, screening, set-up and activation of merchants. This process is carried out exclusively by acquirer banks and can independently approve or reject merchant applications based on the information provided and the compliance documents. Once approved, acquirer banks are solely responsible for the transactions accepted by their merchants.

Merchant Registration Process:

• Download QPay Merchant application

• Click on “Register as Merchant”

• Fill up “Know Your Merchant” form, it will be used by your banks to contact you and make contract.

*Note: It is requested for Merchant to provide valid Email address and Mobile Number, since the login credentials of the QPay Merchant App shall be provided on the specified address upon approval.
